One of the highlights of the experience was the opportunity to enjoy a safari right on the property, with zebras and giraffes roaming nearby—definitely a gem for wildlife lovers. The animal farm provided a charming touch, making the environment feel alive and engaging for families.
There were some hiccups that dampened the stay. The breakfast hours were inflexible, ending earlier than the usual time without prior notice, which led to disappointment on Christmas morning. room service was subpar. menus took forever to arrive, and when the room was cleaned, towels were left neglected, requiring calls to reception to rectify. Cleaning of common areas, such as the verandas, was also noticeably lacking, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the place.

what an underwhelming experience at a seemingly ‘upscale’ hotel. they changed my room for no reason, and it was freezing, not to mention that delightful cigarette odor. I could accept that if I had at least received a complimentary spa treatment for my troubles. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

Returning to this lodge for a second time was lovely! The safari on the property with zebras and giraffes is such a cool experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and Grace, our housekeeper, was awesome. I really appreciated the breakfast packs they made for us since we had an early appointment. Great value for money!

Had an awesome time with my friends hanging out at the games room, playing pool and foosball. The food was fantastic and everything we ordered was spot on. We enjoyed the nature walks and the peaceful vibes around the lodge. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're looking to just unwind and relax.
One downside was the bathroom in one of the rooms had a terrible smell, which was quite off-putting.

nice stay but missing a few details
The environment is stunning with lush gardens and peaceful views. I truly enjoyed the private pool at our Classic Double Room, which added a touch of luxury. The hiking trails around the lodge were well-maintained, allowing for an enjoyable exploration of local flora.
The coffee offered during breakfast was not up to standard.

Great stay with room for improvement
The Classic Triple Room was spacious and fit our fam nicely. The food was decent, especially the breakfast, but the coffee was a bit lacking. the housekeeping could use a heads-up on time—waking up to cleaning staff wasn't the best. Still, the bar area was chill and cozy for family hangouts.
